We work with industry leaders to collect numerous data points to help us create a unique “fingerprint” for each customer. Rest assured, no one can use your account by simply providing your phone number during checkout. For every interaction, we confirm you have possession of your device before authenticating you. Since Tandym accounts don’t have a traditional 16-digit card number or password, it’s much harder for bad actors to make unauthorized purchases or take over your account.
