If you are having issues with your order, please contact the merchant first. You can access all of our participating merchant websites Here.

If you did not receive your merchandise after contacting the merchant, if you are still experiencing the same issue as before, or if you are unable to make contact with the merchant you can file a Dispute by following the instructions below.

To file a dispute click Here and be sure to include all or any of the information listed below.

  1. All documentation associated with this purchase. For example, receipts and email confirmations.
  2. Any contact or discussion with the merchant. This can include screenshots of chat discussions or emails between you and the merchant regarding the purchase.

Please note that you can no longer dispute a charge after 90 days from the transaction date.

Once Tandym receives your Dispute it will go under investigation and you can expect a resolution in no longer than 30 days. Throughout the investigation process, you will receive periodic communications from us regarding the Dispute. These communications include verification that the dispute was accepted and is under review as well as final results/dispute closure. If you wish to know the status of your dispute at any time, please contact us Here and we will provide you with an update.
