What should I do if the merchant I signed up with is no longer available on the platform?

If the merchant you signed up with is no longer on the platform, you can still use your Tandym account to make purchases with any of our participating merchants. To view the other brands on our platform please click Here. Additionally, as a line of credit, you are still responsible for the balance on your account even if we no longer partner with the merchant.
